Effective July 12, 2019, Dorothy Cipolla ceased serving as (i) Vice President and Executive Director of Compliance, Treasury and Tax, (ii) Secretary, and (iii) Treasurer of LightPath Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”). Effective July 12, 2019, Ms. Cipolla also resigned as a director of each of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiaries. Ms. Cipolla’s departure is not due to any disagreement with the Company.
