On March 23, 2018, UPC Polska Z.o.o., a subsidiary of Liberty Global plc (Liberty Global), withdrew its application for regulatory clearance to acquire Multimedia Polska S.A. (Multimedia) after failing to agree on revised commercial terms with the sellers that take into account current regulatory and market conditions. In addition, the agreement to acquire Multimedia has been terminated.
