Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 16, 2017, Liberty Expedia Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it will webcast its annual Investor Meeting on Thursday, November 16, 2017, which will occur immediately following the annual Investor Meetings of Liberty Interactive Corporation and Liberty Broadband Corporation. Presentations will begin at approximately 9:10am E.S.T and the Company’s annual Investor Meeting is estimated to begin at approximately 10:40am E.S.T. During its annual Investor Meeting, observations may be made regarding the Company’s financial performance and outlook.
