On May 25, 2017, Lawson Products, Inc. (the “Company”) completed the sale of its distribution center located in Fairfield, New Jersey (“Fairfield Location”). The Company received net cash proceeds of $6.2 million. Additionally, the Company expects to record a gain on the transaction of approximately $5.4 million in the second quarter of 2017. The Company had previously announced a plan to close the Fairfield Location in November, 2016.
