(b) On September27, 2017, Louis M. (“Mike”) Riccio Jr., Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, announced his intention to retire after the company completes its fiscal 2018 year-end reporting in Juneof 2018. La-Z-Boy will launch a national search for a successor who will work with Mr.Riccio through a transition period.

La-Z-Boy Incorporated manufactures, markets, imports, exports, distributes and retails upholstery furniture products.
