results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31,
2016. The Company announced that it will hold a conference call
and web cast to discuss these results on Tuesday, February 28,

Boldrini will be joining the Company as Senior Vice President and
Chemical Segment President, effective April 1, 2017.
Simultaneously, Dr. Holger Jung, our current Senior Vice
President and Chief Commercial Officer, will assume the title of
Senior Vice President and Polymer Segment President.

Kraton Corporation, formerly Kraton Performance Polymers, Inc., is a specialty chemicals company. The Company manufactures styrenic block copolymers (SBCs) and other engineered polymers.
