On February 14, 2019, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a $0.10 per share quarterly dividend payable on March 15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 28, 2019. Kingstone Companies, Inc. offers property and casualty insurance products to small businesses and individuals in New York State. The Company offers these products through its subsidiary, Kingstone Insurance Company (KICO). KICO is a licensed property and casualty insurance company.
