Item 8.01. Other Events.
On January 15, 2019, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (the “Company”) announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.60 per share, representing a 9% increase over the prior quarter’s dividend. The dividend will be payable on February 15, 2019 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 25, 2019.
