On October 12, 2017, Kaiser Aluminum Corporation announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.50 per share. The dividend will be payable on November 15, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 25, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit99.1.

Kaiser Aluminum Corporation is engaged in the production of semi-fabricated specialty aluminum products. The Company manufactures aluminum plate and sheet, and extruded and drawn products, primarily used in aerospace/high strength, automotive, general engineering and other industrial end market applications.
