Effective June 13, 2017, Louis Shengda Zan resigned as director
of Kadmon Holdings, Inc. (the Company). To the best of the
Companys knowledge, Mr. Zans resignation from the Companys Board
of Directors (the Board) did not result from any disagreement
with the Company on any matters relating to the Companys
operations, policies or practices.
