On January 4, 2017, JPMorgan Chase & Co. (“JPMorgan Chase” or the “Company”) announced that, effective January 16, 2017, Nicole Giles, 45, has been appointed Corporate Controller (Principal Accounting Officer), replacing Mark O’Donovan, currently Corporate Controller of the Company. Ms. Giles is a CPA and joined JPMorgan Chase in 1996. Most recently she served, since 2012, as the Chief Financial Officer for the Investor Services business within the Corporate & Investment Bank. Prior to 2012, Ms. Giles held a number of finance and business management positions internationally and in the U.S. within the Corporate & Investment Bank.
Mark O’Donovan has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Auto Finance in Consumer & Community Banking.
