(“JPMorgan Chase”) announced that in accordance with the terms of the outstanding warrants to purchase common stock of JPMorgan Chase, the warrant Exercise Price will be reduced to $41.764 per share, and the Warrant Share Number will be increased to 1.02, effective as of the close of business on January 5, 2018.
