On June 14, 2019, Christopher Beach informed Jones Soda Co. (the “Company”) that he would be resigning from the Company’s Board of Directors effective immediately due to personal reasons and time considerations. Mr. Beach’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement between Mr. Beach and the Company, its management, Board of Directors or any committee of the Board of Directors, or with respect to any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. As there are no disagreements as contemplated by Item 5.02(a) of Form 8-K, the Company is disclosing this information to Item 5.02(b) of Form 8-K.
