Beginning on March 5, 2018, Dean Jernigan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Jernigan Capital, Inc. (the “Company”), John A. Good, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, and Kelly P. Luttrell, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company, will use the presentation materials that are included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K in meetings with investors.
