On May16, 2018, iStar Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders in New York, New York for the purpose of: (i)electing six directors to hold office until the 2019 annual meeting of stockholders, (ii)ratifying the appointment of Deloitte& Touche LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December31, 2018 and (iii)considering, on an advisory basis, the compensation of its named executive officers. The final voting results for each of the proposals submitted to a vote of stockholders at the annual meeting are set forth below.
