On July17, 2018,Iron Mountain Incorporated (the “Company”) announced its intention to voluntarily delist from the Australian Securities Exchange (the “ASX”), effective from the close of trading on August17, 2018. The Company’s common shares trade on the ASX in the form of CHESS Depositary Interests (“CDIs”). It is expected that the Company’s CDIs will be suspended from official quotation on the ASX on August13, 2018.
The delisting of the Company from the ASX is not expected to have any material impact on the Company’s financial position or operating results other than in relation to savings in compliance and certain ancillary costs associated with maintaining the ASX listing. The Company’s common shares will continue to be listed on The New York Stock Exchange. The Company intends to provide holders of the Company’s CDIs additional information regarding their rights in connection with the delisting of the Company’s CDIs from the ASX.
