Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 6, 2019, iRobot Corporation (“iRobot”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original Form 8-K”) with an accompanying press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 29, 2018. By this amendment to such Original Form8-K,iRobot is amending and restating Exhibit 99.1 thereof to correct certain typographical, and associated computational, errors in the Supplemental Reconciliation of GAAP Actuals to Non-GAAP Actuals table, specifically in the calculations of Non-GAAP Net Income and Non-GAAP Net Income Per Diluted Share. Other items in the Original Form8-Kremain the same and are hereby incorporated by reference into this Current Report on Form8-K/A.
