Other Events.
On April 13, 2017, Invacare Corporation (the “company”) received notification from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that it accepted the recent second certification report by the company’s third-party expert relating to design control requirements. The company may now resume design activities at the Corporate and Taylor Street manufacturing facilities in Elyria, Ohio. The company is pleased to have achieved this milestone and believes it reflects the company’s continued emphasis on building a quality culture as part of its long-term transformation.
