On August 3, 2017, Internap Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.

OnAugust 3, 2017, the Company will host a conference call to discuss itsresults for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. A copy of thepresentation to be used during the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
