On April 11, 2017, Insys Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Dr. Santosh Vetticaden, the interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer of Insys Therapeutics, Inc., whose employment will be terminated on April 28, 2017.   to the Current Report on Form 8-K previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 27, 2017, the Company previously announced that, effective April 17, 2017, Saeed Motahari is the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer and appointed as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
