On November 15, 2016, Insteel Industries, Inc. issued a News
Release announcing that its board of directors declared a regular
quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share and a special cash
dividend of $1.25 per share on the Companys common stock payable
on January 6, 2017 to shareholders of record as of December 14,
2016. A copy of the News Release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to
this Current Report on Form 8-K.
