On September 7, 2017, Craig Harper resigned as the Chief Technology Officer of Inpixon (the “Company”), effective immediately. The Company is in discussions with Mr. Harper to serve as a technology advisor to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Compensation and terms for the proposed advisory role are not yet determined.
