On June 21, 2018, iHeartMedia, Inc. (the “Company”) and its debtor subsidiaries (collectively, the “Debtors”) filed a revised Disclosure Statement Relating to the Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization of iHeartMedia, Inc. and its Debtor Affiliates to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (the “Revised Disclosure Statement”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
