On April6, 2018, IES Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary IES Communications, LLC has acquired, as of April6, 2018, all of the outstanding capital stock of Azimuth Communications, Inc. (“Azimuth”), a Portland, Oregon-based provider of design and integration services for structured cabling, physical security, access control systems, distributed antenna systems, wireless access, and audio visual systems. Azimuth generated approximately $10million of revenue in calendar year 2017.
