On December 1, 2016, Iconix Brand Group, Inc. (the “Company”) and Mr. Blumberg, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, mutually agreed to terminate Mr. Blumberg’s employment without cause effective December 15, 2016.
