On September6, 2017, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Huntsman Corporation (the “Company”) approved transaction bonuses to Sean Douglas, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; J. Kimo Esplin, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Strategy and Investment; and David Stryker, the Company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary, each in the amount of $400,000 in recognition of each officer’s significant contributions to the Company in connection with the separation of its Pigments and Additives business from the other businesses of the Company and transactions with respect to the related initial public offering of Venator Materials PLC. These bonuses will be paid as soon as administratively feasible.
