On March 28, 2018, HP Inc. (“HP”) announced with deep sadness that Jonathan E. Flaxman, Chief Operating Officer, has passed away. At the time of the filing of this Current Report on Form 8-K, HP has not yet appointed a successor to Mr. Flaxman.
