(b) On July 20, 2017, Stuart A. Wilcox, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hostess Brands, Inc. (the "Company"), gave notice of his resignation from the Company effective August 11, 2017. The Company is initiating a search for a head of operations and supply chain to replace Mr. Wilcox.
