On October 10, 2017, the hopTo Inc. (the “Company”) and salesforce.com entered a Patent Purchase Agreement (effective as of October 5,2017), to which the Company sold seven of its patents for an aggregate consideration of $400,000, and also received, subject to various terms, conditions and limitations, a license back of those patents. The patents sold were U.S. Patent numbers: 9395826, 9398111, 9419848, 8745280, 8892782, 8738814 and 8856907.
