On March 9, 2019, Johann Min You, Executive Vice President and BSA Officer of Bank of Hope, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hope Bancorp, Inc. ( the “Company”) and currently a Named Executive Officer of the Company, submitted his resignation, effective March 18, 2019, to pursue other opportunities.
