John M. Eggemeyer has resigned from the board of directors of Heritage Commerce Corp and Heritage Bank of Commerce effective December 15, 2016. Mr. Eggemeyer is a Managing Principal of Castle Creek Capital IV LLC which is the sole general partner of Castle Creek Capital Partners IV, LP (“Fund IV”). Fund IV completed its sale of all of its holdings of Heritage Commerce Corp common stock during the fourth quarter of 2016.
