On May 9, 2017, Herc Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for its first>quarter ended March 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
On May 9, 2017, the Company will conduct an earnings webcast relating to the Company’s financial results for the first>quarter of 2017.
