On March 21, 2019, Alisa B. Johnson, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of her intention to retire from the Company. Ms. Johnson has agreed to continue in her current officer positions with the Company for an unspecified period to assist with the transition of her responsibilities.
