On April 2, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing the presentation of an animal study that demonstrated the combination of mouse HS-110 and mouse HS-130 yielded a three-fold increase in anti-tumor CD8+ T-cell expansion in a poster presentation at the American Association of Cancer Research Annual Meeting 2019 on April 1, 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia. A copy of the press release regarding this presentation is attached as Exhibit99.2 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.

Heat Biologics, Inc. is a development-stage company focused on developing allogeneic, off-the-shelf cellular therapeutic vaccines to combat a range of cancers. The Company is an immuno-oncology company, which focuses on T cell-stimulating platform technologies, such as Immune Pan-Antigen Cytotoxic Therapy (ImPACT) and Combination Pan-Antigen Cytotoxic Therapy (ComPACT).
