On February 13, 2017, Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. issued a press
release announcing an adjustment to its financial results for the
fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2016 as a result
of the tentative agreement reached with the Air Line Pilots
Association. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit
99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
