On January 24, 2019, Hanmi Financial Corporation (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors adopted a new stock repurchase program. Under the current repurchase program, the Company may repurchase up to 5% of its outstanding shares or approximately 1.5 million shares of its common stock.

A copy of the press release announcing the stock repurchase program is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
