On August 30, 2018, Hanmi Financial Corporation (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors adopted its first stock repurchase program. Under the repurchase program, the Company may repurchase up to 5% of its outstanding shares or approximately 1.6 million shares of its common stock.

A copy of the press release announcing the stock repurchase program is included as exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
