On March20, 2018, Hanger,Inc. (the “Company”) announced the resignation of Kenneth W. Wilson, Executive Vice President of the Company and President and Chief Operating Officer of Southern Prosthetic Supply,Inc., effective April16, 2018. Mr.Wilson intends to pursue another career opportunity.
