On March 3, 2017, William C. Martin tendered his resignation, effective immediately, as a director of GulfMark Offshore, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Martin’s resignation as a director of the Company is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
