On September 25, 2017,GrowGeneration Corp. (the “Company”)published a press release regarding a commercial lease it entered into to rent certain 5,050 square foot of office and warehouse space located in North Las Vegas, Nevada, to open its fourteenth store.
On the same day, management of the Companygave a presentation related to the business and performance of the Company at The Rocky Mountain MicrocapConference at Coors Field in Denver, Colorado.

Item 8.01.Other Events.
On September 19, 2017,the Companyentered into a commercial lease to rent certain office and warehouse space located in North Las Vegas, Nevada, to be effective from October 1, 2017 to November 30, 2021. This space will be used by the Company to open a new store as part of the Company’s expansion plan.

GrowGeneration, Corp. operates retail hydroponic and organic specialty gardening retail outlets. The Company owned and operated a chain of approximately eight retail hydroponic/gardening stores located in the states of Colorado and California at November 9, 2015.
