Item 8.01.Other Events.
On August 8, 2017, the Company entered into a lease agreement through its wholly-owned subsidiary, GrowGeneration Pueblo, Corp., to rent certain premises located in Boulder, Colorado, to be effective from September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2019. This 2,000 square feet premises will be used by the Company to open a new store.
A copy of the lease agreement is filed herewith as 99.2.
