GreenGro Technologies, Inc (OTCMKTS:GRNH) has announced plans to change their company name in line with their ideas for launching new products next year. As part of the rebranding process, GreenGro Technologies is expected to become GreenGro Holdings subject to the approval of the application process.

GreenGro expansion

The company CEO, James Haas, indicates that they have reserved a new name already and they are ready to launch the new product line that they have been working on. GreenGro’s expansion is expected to cover manufacturing, dispensing and farming operations. The expansion aims to meet the demand of an expected booming market and also provide an essential foundation for the company to grow in all aspects. The proposed expansion plans according to the CEO are expected to add to their ranks significantly, and he explains that meeting the demand of the market requires partnerships with high-quality people, the kind they are already in business with.

Restructuring of management

As part of the rebranding process, GreenGro has been restructuring their leadership with the latest additions being Marisela Nuno the Real Estate Commissioner for Los Angeles Mark Wagner the founder EMS Meds who were welcomed onto the company’s new board of directors last month. The company is also adding new members and employees at each level of operation to give GreenGro the capacity and ability to handle significant demand that will result from up-scaling of its operations.
