Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On June 28, 2017, Golden Entertainment, Inc. (Golden or the
Company) issued a Press Release announcing that the Illinois
Gaming Board has approved the Companys application for a video
gaming terminal (VGT) operator license.This action by the
Illinois Gaming Board allows a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden
to operate VGTs in liquor licensed establishments, including
bars, restaurants, truck stops and certain fraternal and veterans
organizations.A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit
99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
