(b) Departure of Officers
On July 12, 2019, Rebecca Morrow informed GoDaddy Inc. (the “Company”) she will resign from her role as Chief Accounting Officer effective September 1, 2019 (the “Effective Date”). Ms. Morrow has decided to accept a position with another company and will continue to serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer through the Effective Date. Ms. Morrow and the Company have no disagreements with respect to any accounting-related policy or matter.
