(b)On March 8, 2019, Joseph Gorman EVP Operations and Gene Burt EVP Merchandising, notified GNC Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) they were leaving the Company effective March 15, 2019. The Company will absorb these executive responsibilities within our current management team.
