On May 25, 2017, the President and CEO of GlobalSCAPE, Inc. (the “Company”) presented at the 18th Annual B. Riley & Co. Investor Conference held at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel in Santa Monica, CA. During his presentation, the President and CEO of the Company inadvertently made an unscripted remark that the Company is “projecting to do ten plus million dollars of EBITDA in 2017.” This remark is incorrect and should not be relied upon. The slides displayed with the presentation did not show a projection of the Company’s EBITDA (adjusted or unadjusted) for 2017. Historical Adjusted EBITDA calculations are included in the Company’s periodic reports on Form 10-Q and will continue to be included therein.
