On February 25, 2019 Joshua Mandell submitted his letter of resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of Global Healthcare REIT, Inc., a Utah corporation (the “Company”), effective immediately.
The Company would like to thank Mr. Mandell for his generous service and support.
