On August 2, 2017, the Board of Directors of Global Healthcare REIT, Inc., a Utah corporation (the “Company”) appointed Zvi Rhine to serve as the Company’s President until his successor has been duly appointed. Mr. Rhine will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
