On February 21, 2019, Gentherm Incorporated (the “Company”) publicly announced its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2018. A copy of the Company’s news release is attached hereto as Exhibit99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.On February 21, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the Company will host a conference call to discuss the fourth quarter of 2018 financial results. A copy of the supplemental materials that will be used during the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
