On July 22, 2020, Genius Brands International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain business updates, including new distribution deals for the Company’s Rainbow Rangers and Llama Llama programs, new retail initiatives including an international retail program, and a new iOS app for the Company’s Kartoon Channel! program service. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
